Growing up the only child of a middle class family she had spent the majority of her time studying and being all that she could be to please her parents. From a young age she had always been more interested in helping her mother in the kitchen baking things than going out to parties. When her father had passed from a blood clot in his heart at the age of fifty three the thirteen year old girl had decided then and there that she would always be there for her mom. That was a promise she had kept until her mother turned sixty five and decided that it was time for Patty to strike out on her own and make a life for herself. So now, she found herself in Colorado opening up a bakery and trying to make it all by herself. Who knows what could happen!
